Duty and Responsibility :

• Getting duty of Operation Manager Supermarket to plan, to controlling and evaluating operational activity and administration of store special interconnected with activity of supermarket.

• Direct part of residing in direct below/under him.

• Coordinating with Operation Manager & other shares which related to its duty.

• Be in control of management of H.R.D, company asset and execution of S.O.P and also company discipline [at] part of below/under him.

• Work regular according to S.O.P and schedule work which have been specified.

• Coordinated all department potency below/under him to [do/conduct] its function each precisely, utilize attainment of goals of sales, efficiency of[is expense of, controlling of stock & its decrease, developing the way of service of good [customer/client], orderliness of administration and also create freshment, satisfaction and security to [customer/client].

• Budget of formula which have been given by Operation Manager [at] head of department each.

• Socializing vision, strategic policy and mission [of] company to all underline/below its coordination.

• Evaluate and repair to implementation of S.O.P [in] all department below/under him.

• Compiling Progress Report of Store periodical as form of actual of made work plan and budget previously.

• Doing/Conducting] guidance to all underline to create service of store balmy, peaceful, friendliness and cleanness.

• Controlling appearance/shop frieze [so that/to be] can beautify shop but remain to have fascination sale of product to customer/client

• Specifying the same of frieze.

• Coordinating with M.I.S for the handling of problem and conservancy of software, information system and hardware.

• Planning activity of promotion/certain product promo utilize to draw buyer and improvement of sale.

• Creating the condition of which [is] condusif to store with [party/side] around store and also other government of institution.

• Giving input, idea and information which are positive for the progress of store.

• Authoritative agree purchasing, related/relevant investment and expenditure [of] requirement of operational every division both for mirror [at] and work plan of budget according to nominal amount and procedure which specified.

• Executing special assignation which given by Operation Manager/management residing in of him related to work and [his/its] membership.
