Supermarket - [Job Description] - Staff Administration

STAFF OF ADMINISTRATION

Duty and Responbility :

  • Getting duty of General & Administration Manager to [do/conduct] function activity of administration.

  • Coordinating with Vice of C.E.O [/Owner], Operation Manager, Store Manager and other shares which related to its duty.

  • Work regular according to S.O.P and schedule work which have been specified.

  • Be in control of management of equipments and asset residing in / to be used in activity of administration.

  • Be in control of hygiene of utilized office room [it].

  • [Doing/Conducting] function record-keeping of stock which related to acceptance, mutation between shop, credit note and expenditure of stock.

  • Assisting manager store to summarize growth of sale per category, per sale and week, per month [so that/ to be] can be analyzed [by] manager store.

  • Periodical hospitalize stock / sampling hospitalize with coordination of Store Manager as function of control operational activity.

  • Assisting Store Manager for correspondence.

  • Be in control of security and accuration of filing of note, letter of travel and other file.

  • Executing special assignation which given by Store Manager/Asst. Manager / management residing in of him related to work and [his/its] membership.
